PRISMS Premium Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of the PRISMS Premium application on an android mobile device. PRISMS Premium is a proprietary product of E-Wall Technologies Company that empowers non-specialist doctors in management of sick and at-risk newborns.
What information will PRISMS Premium Application obtain from you and how will it be used?
User Provided Information: PRISMS Premium application will obtain the information you provide when you download and register with us. You may choose not to register with us however, keep in mind that you may not be able to use some features if you don’t register. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the features of PRISMS Premium application. During registration, (a) if you are a user; you will provide your name, email, hospital name, district , telephone contact and then by registration, you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions for using PRISMS Premium application. (b) you will have 21 days of trying the PRISMS Premium application, after 21 days you will be asked to pay subscription. People staying in Uganda can use Mobile Money to pay. We dont collect your phone numbers when you use mobile money.
Automatically Collected Information: Once you have registered as a user,PRISMS Premium application will not automatically collect information about your device location using coordinates and Google maps.
Who accesses your information?
The information you will provide will only be made available on the PRISMS Premium server and accessed by the authorised PRISMS Premium team. During user interaction, both phone contacts will remain anonymous and only registered names will be displayed. The information you provided to us is therefore held with the utmost confidentiality. However, it will only be under the following circumstances that your information may be availed to the third party following your consent;
- When required by Law or similar Legal processes.
- When it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety and the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
- For the purpose of a research study to help us understand how the application is being used.
Managing your information
Your information will be stored for as long as you use the PRISMS Premium application. Whenever you like us to delete your information, please contact us at ewalltechcoltd@gmail.com and we will act as soon as we can.
Security
We are concerned about your information and we will take all measures to protect all the data we collect from you. Your identity will not be used in any of our future reports or publications. Kindly note that we are doing our best to protect your information however; there is no software application that can prevent all security breaches

Please note that we may have updates and changes from time to time for any reason.
